1 - How do I enable Cookies?

Using Internet Explorer click on
Tools => Internet Options => Privacy and move the sliding bar to "Medium"

Using Mozilla (Firefox) Tools=> Options => Cookies => check allow cookies


2 - How do I enable Javascripts

using Internet Explorer

Tools=> Internet Options=> Security Tab, Custom Levels (in the buttom) scroll all the way down and click on Enable under Scripting by Java Appalets

Using Firefox
Tools => Options=> Content tab, check the Enable JavaScript, OKay
